And the gel compartments are a really good size so they hit a lot of your ankle and foot with that soothing cold.This is my first try. I had it in the freezer about 2 and 1/2 hours and it's nice. Still a little bit bendy.The ice pack itself also has a decent weight to it. 1.8 lbs.
