## Description

Compiled from the literary estate of the singer who brought a wildly lyrical poetry of the damned to the world of rock 'n' roll. Includes unpublished poems, drawings, photos, and a candid self-interview.

Review: An interesting read for music fans or music appreciators - This book was way outside my normal genre. And I enjoyed it very much. Morrison was an interesting artist, and this was an interesting read… And I would recommend the book to anyone if they were fans of his or not.
Review: A Book You Can't Put Down. - I'm so glad I ordered this book, I LOVE Jim Morrison, such a great poet, I can EASILY get lost in the pages. I love that his actual handwriting is copied in the book along with his almost rare and unseen photos..I plan on ordering volumes 2 and 3 as well with any other books about him, poetry or whatever. Jim. Morrison was a poet at heart..also without Jim, there would be no " DOORS". He was a great soul who left this world entirely too soon. BUT, I can't help but wonder if he's still alive, somewhere living a simple quiet life without all the fame pain..But anyways, an EXCELLENT read.
