The USA Pan 1.25 Pound Loaf Pan measures a full 9 x 5 x 2.75 inches* and is the perfect bakeware for cooking savory meatloafs or soft loaves of bread. The pan surface is coated with a patented AMERICOAT Plus coating, a non-stick silicone, allowing you to easily release your baked goods from the pan. AMERICOAT Plus is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free. Every USA Pan is made in the USA and has been designed with the same standard high performance features that commercial bakers enjoy including aluminized steel and heavy gauge steel construction that allows for even heat distribution and maximum service life. The USA Pan 1.25 Pound Loaf Pan also features a steel wire in the rim, which provides extra strength and further provides resistance to warping. The USA Pan 1.25 pound Loaf Pan's unique fluted surface design facilitates air circulation and also maximizes pan strength, which helps to resist warping. Use and Care - Always hand wash stoneware in warm water with mild soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly prior to storage. Do not place in dishwasher. Hand wash before first use. Do not soak in water prior to use. Room temperature stoneware can be soaked in hot water to loosen baked-on foods. To prevent breakage, allow stoneware to cool to room temperature prior to cleaning or adding liquid. Do not use metal pads, steel wool or other abrasive cleaners. These non-stick pans are teflon-free and perfect for baking. I bake frequently and have been looking for 'just the right pans' for years and these pans fit the bill to a T. No more overly dark crusts from dark-coated pans, no more chipping out loaves stuck in the pan. These are really sturdy, easy to clean, and items bake up beautifully inside. Would (will!) buy again. Anyone looking for a wedding gift for a baker, these would be a great idea as well!

This is absolutely the best loaf pan I have ever owned. It bakes evenly, is well-constructed, and the approx. 10” length easily handles the larger/taller whole wheat sandwich loaves I bake. I still have the more expensive “gold pans” from a major retailer, but this USA Pan is now my go-to as it completely outperforms the others. It is a good value for the money and I plan to order another very soon.
