I use it when I get out of the shower, I bring it next to the couch and watch TV while steaming my face... its a mirical... I did notice a dramatic change in my skin when I used this for 5 days stright, then stopped for 5 days, so I think there is some balence required for skin care. Your skin my simply need some time off between steaming.This is the best facial steamer according to every youtube and product review site (compared with 13 other popular facial steamers) this one simply has the most options, best water storage and you can even use insents!(Update):customer service/the company was wonderful and helped me when I needed it. I got this like a month ago maybe two already does not work it does not stream it just blows out air that smells electrical. I am so disappointed and I would like a refund please. A real piece of crap!

Works well. But the cap cracked after less than 20 usesNo auto turn off feature :( have to keep an eye on it if you are using it as a diffuser

The media could not be loaded. I bought this facial steamer because it has dual modes that I can use the hot steam and my hubby can use the cold steam. Not only does the water container is big enough to fill water but it also can add oil while using the steamer. You can adjust the head for your face, with this steamer I don't really need to go back to my salon place? All in all, I love the fearures so far, and that's why I'm writing this review to let you know how convenient this steamer is. Enjoy your home-based spa like me!

I am very impressed with this facial steamer. First I want to point out that when I typically order things on Amazon they arrive on time or earlier than expected. This item arrived on the last day promised when I placed my order. So I wouldn't bank on it arriving sooner than the last day promised. Aside from that, this unit was simple to use out of the box. I love the basket on top that allows for fragrance to be used and the steam shoots out almost instantly. The hot steam takes a few seconds to warm though. I have used this a half dozen times now and am pleasantly surprised that it does not 'spit hot water' at the end of the water stream like some other units do. I don't know if it was set up this way, but mine transitions to the cool setting when the hot steam cycle hits an end (the button doesn't move; just the output changes). The only drawback I can find with this unit is the position of the nozzle. I guess the idea is to either point towards the chin or the forehead. If the unit is put on a surface that is too high you cannot make the nozzle any lower (may be an idea for the next model). All-in-all it's a winner!

This steamer has really good qualities, the hot and cold steam function, the aromatherapy function, and it is sleek and pretty.What I didn't like about it was the mist that came out is too fine. Like I could sit in front of it for 30 mins and not feel like my face was damp from the steam. Idk, it wasn't what I was expecting, and maybe it's my fault for not selecting the right item. If you're using this product purely for the respiratory/aromatherapy/breathing aspects, you'll like it fine.If you're buying this expecting it to be like a steamer that is used in a facial, where they can basically use any product that requires water, and the steamer makes your face wet enough to accommodate that, then this isn't the product for you.

I love this steamer! It is absolutely amazing! I would follow the directions and keep a safe distance and use it on a flat surface! I made the mistake of placing it on a surface that was not firm/flat and had scalding hot water splash out. I sustained second degree burns to my chest. This was a completely ridiculous mistake on my part which is why I am still giving this product five stars! Be very cautious when using this steamer, it gets very hot!

This steamer worked only for 2 month and stoped producing any steam( cold or hot) .company was nice to send me replacement.New steamer worked for 2 weeks and stopped working again! Quality of this steamer is NOT good -waste of mony!
