This is a great travel/commuter backpack. It has ample room and plenty of space for what you would need to carry. I was able to pack this with a 13" laptop, an iPad, and small notebook with plenty of space to spare. The side, mesh pockets are great for a water bottle too.It has padding in all the necessary places, like for back support. The straps are padded as well, along with extra strips of padding for the back (assuming this is for breath-ability and air circulation during hot days). I do wish there was thicker padding on the bottom though, to protect your electronics when you drop your bag down.The big selling feature is definitely the pass-through connections. It has a USB and headphone jack on the outside that connects to cables on the inside. I really enjoyed the USB functionality. I can plug in a portable battery charger in the backpack and charge my phone from the outside. This is great in situations where you don't want to open your bag to charge your phone (like at the airport), where your cable is not long enough to comfortably use your phone if the wire is not long enough, or you just don't want to carry a battery-pack in your hands/pockets with your phone. The headphone jack is less useful since a lot of devices don't have this port anymore and most people use bluetooth/wireless headphones. I guess if you had an older phone, you can leverage this port with your phone inside the backpack and if you had remote control from the exterior. I didn't have any devices to test this port that made practical sense.Overall, this backpack is a great value. The only thing negative to say about this is the interior lining. The durability of the liner is definitely questionable. The material feels very thin and flimsy, like it could possibly rip if you are not careful.

The exterior of the bag is well done. The fabric proved to be waterproof and all the pockets are practical to keep items organized. The padded back and straps makes it comfortable to carry it. The usb and headset attachments worked perfectly, which makes the bag unique. My only critique is the fabric used for the interior of the bag. It feels quite cheap, easy to break and fall apart with use. It is not strong enough for wear and tear. I would have chosen a stronger fabric for the interior.

My 10-year-old son saw this bag and since his bag was too small, he jumped on it and started using it from the moment it was delivered. He loves his new bag. Due to some remote classes, he has to carry school chromebook every day, so this is a perfect bag for me. It is decent size, fits his laptop, his lunchbox, water bottle and his folders. The straps are nice with cushion which does not hurt his shoulder. Haven't used the 3.5 mm cable and usb cable yet. But overall happy with the purchase.

Sturdy design. The material texture is very pleasing as well. Zippers seem high quality. My son loves the plug attachments. Overall good quality item!

Fits my laptop nicely and securely. On the small side which is great for traveling or taking to work. Convient usb and audio ports on outside bag. Also my coffee travel mug fits in the bottle holder.

Kind of cool to have usb and headphone ports!

3 month of using still looks like new. Had to buy a second one for my younger son.

Very nice design an love that the outside is waterproof. Laptop has its own compartment with other compartments to pack your items in. Built in battery port for headphones an USB port that can be used on the go. Make sure it’s charged first. Very spacious. Weather your in business or a student, this bag is built for you
