The NUK Breeze Pacifier is the first new shield shape from the #1 brand of pacifiers. It brings together function and design with an easy grip button. The contemporary infinity shape with large air holes allows 8 times more air flow than our core pacifiers and helps reduce skin irritation. It fits comfortably on your baby's face and allows for easy breathing. The button brings the best designs to life. Sold as a 2 pack, these pacifiers feature our truly orthodontic silicone nipples. NUK nipples fits baby's mouth best and has an scoop bottom so the tongue has a place to rest and therefore there is less pressure on the palate, which is best for healthy oral development. Appropriate for infants 6 to 18 months of age. Over 60 years ago, NUK invented the truly orthodontic shape pacifier to mimic the natural shape of mom's nipple while breastfeeding. Soothe and calm your baby, with the pacifier created by dentists to provide the best oral development for your little one.

Best we have tried. Great design.
These are the best. We didn't introduce a pacifier until my son was almost a month old and the hospital ones were impossible to keep in his mouth. Either me or my husband spent literally hours many nights with an arm extended out of bed, through the rails of the bassinet, and a finger in the back of the pacifier to keep it in his mouth. Otherwise he woke up and cried every 2 minutes when it fell out of his mouth.I thought he just didn't like pacifiers, but on a whim out of sheer desperation one day I tried a NUK pacifier that had come included as a free gift with some unrelated item (car seat I think). He loved it! And I finally got some rest. Because it was the only one we had, I all but wore it on a chain around my neck for fear of losing it. It was time to get some more and these were one of two models I chose. These just have such a great design l, for several reasons:1) Breathability. The original had the more traditional design that was mostly solid but for two small holes on each side. I like these kind better because they're more open. My son never gets rashes on his face from trapped moisture.2) Longevity. These go up to 6 months while still working well when baby is very young. The original stopped pacifying him around 3 months; I think the curve of the external portion was too small for his face and he could no longer get a satisfying grip on it. I assume it was a newborn or 0-3 months model. These are still going strong at 4 months and look plenty big for further growth. In the picture, he is 4 months (with a head in the 92nd percentile).3) Lightweight. I also got some thick, all-silicone ones and they much more frequently fell out of his mouth. These are so light, he can keep them in much more easily, especially when he's asleep. He doesn't really care if they fall out while he's asleep -- he's not a "must have pacifier in mouth at all times to sleep peacefully" baby. But when they fall out, inevitably they end up wedged between his chin and neck or some other uncomfortable place and I prefer that not to happen. In the picture, he's been fast asleep for about half an hour. I know many moms suffer with having to get up and reinsert pacifiers through the night to get their babies back to sleep. Nothing is going to stop baby from spitting or pulling these out if they want to, but the lightweight design should make it easier for baby to keep them in when they stop sucking after falling asleep.4) Sanitary. The original would have water inside the nipple after sterilizing, which I couldn't help but think of as a bacteria farm. These do not allow any moisture inside the nipple. I frequently sterilize them in the dishwasher and the inside remains totally dry.5) Cute! Not a huge factor; I'm such a fan that I'd buy them if they were the color of poop and had an offensive symbol printed on them (ok maybe not quite). But I probably wouldn't have tried them to begin with if they hadn't been cute. And I know it's no longer politically correct to assign genders and their corresponding stereotypes to your children, so call me old fashioned, but I like that these come in boy colors. A lot of multipacks I saw when shopping came with what can best be described as "mixed gender" multipacks. I like that I don't have to buy colors I don't like and won't use in order to buy in bulk.

Baby loves them, annoying to clean
We ordered these because our daughter loved the newborn orthodontic version but she’s five months old and can’t use those forever. Come on, Nuk, make those for older babies!! She has huge adorable baby cheeks so we needed a pacifier that wouldn’t mark up her cheeks and she’s don’t leave any mark at all. It would be really helpful if these glowed in the dark though because they are super hard to find in her crib at night. I also really don’t like that water and soap suds gets stuck inside the pacifier when I wash it and takes a ton of persistence on my part to get it out. It’s annoying but since this is the only pacifier my daughter will take we will have to live with it.

Breastfed baby took it no prob
Works for fussy babies !!! My son would not take a pacifier no matter what. He would constantly put his whole mouth in his hand for comfort. Although some would say it's good to never introduce a pacifier and let them self sooth, this isn't very effective. Because essentially he kept wanting a breast or the bottle and I would get very confused with his hunger cues. My son is about 3.5 months old and after trying several pacifiers this one did the trick. I urge you to not give up and at times hold it in place till they get used to it.It seems other pacifiers are very long and some babies gag. This one is perfectly shaped and great for breastfed babies.

These are my daughter's favorite. Even better than the ones with the pull handle. She can put these in her mouth on her own much easier and is content just chewing on the sides or the big button.. HOWEVER, I do wish these came with a plain option with no image on the front. I'm not too terribly concerned about it which is why I kept a four star rating but my daughter chews on these so much that the image is scraping off! And this is true for both in the set although I only took a picture of one. Just thought some might like to know that!

Great but some of the comments are misleading
I really like these pacifiers. I originally got these because my LO would constantly pull the pacifier out of his mouth with the rings. Although my LO can still remove the pacifiers, it doesn't happen *quite* as often. My only complaint is that water can still get trapped inside the pacifier when sterilizing. I got these based on a review I read, stating that water doesn't get trapped inside. Bc of that review, I chose this style instead of another glow-in-the-dark one. Not a big deal, just misleading.

The only pacifier brand my daughter likes
Cute binkys, and the NUK brand is the only one my daughter will keep in her mouth without spitting out. But I ordered girl colors and I got one pink, one blue. Oh well. I’ll donate the blue one to my daughters daycare. Other than that these are the best pacifiers on the market I think.

This is the only pacifier my child will accept. Love their flat design which is very natural to baby's mouth. The only thing is it gets damp inside the paci from steam and wash, they are hard to dry since it's kinda of a closed system.

not for infants!
I would give this 5 stars, my daughter loves it--but is just learning to hold items and turns the pacifier around--which isn't bad until she get the back of the pacifier stuck in her mouth and can't get it out! Please fix that problem. I was just happy I was right there with her. This should not be stated as 0-6 months.

I wish my baby loved these as much as I did...
These are great pacifiers - the highest quality of any I've used. Sadly, my 3 week old doesn't like them yet. But I hope (and assume) that will change over time. That being said, can't fault the company for my picky child - the reason for 4 stars is that in my son's case I think the nub is just a little too big to be comfortable. Maybe these should be reclassified as 3 months plus instead of 0-6.

Perfect Pacifier
I used Nuk pacifiers for my three sons when they were babies. Tried several at the time, all three sons loved Nuk. I bought Nuk again for my three week old grandson. He refused three other brands but accepted and liked Nuk. It has a natural nipple shape, is non-toxic. Highly recommend!

Great soothers. Baby loves them.
Great soothers. They aren’t too small so they don’t leave marks on chubby baby cheeks! Baby seems to like this nipple best compared to others. Wish they had more designs though!

Good soother my 1 month old likes it
Great soother let's air pass through and I can still see him smiling. Just wish there was a puller on the front to hold on to it. They should make these glow in the dark too! A bit big for my 1 month old face but he will grow into it!

Hard to get the water out
After washing them, water gets trapped inside them and it's hard to squeeze the water out of them. So I need to use boiled and cooled down water to clean them before drying them...
