So started to have a monthly period again as I never had one for years after being on the depo injection then the mini pill. I used sanitary towels first but really wanted to use a tampon as it's less messy but didn't realise that tampons still have chemicals in them also not very good for the environment like plastic in them. I googled these and they popped up. They are great. I'm not a heavy monthly period person so my periods are for 4 days and not heavy at all. So these are ideal. Very comfortable and easy to use.
