The item was returned. **Q: Can it be used in uk? it has just arrived but it does not have a 3 pin uk electric plug and the box says it is 120 volts (in uk we are 230 volts)** A: It can't be used in the UK without an adapter for the plug. He said that microwave popcorn wasn't good for you. The Poplite popcorn popper worked great, and our popcorn was ready in minutes. Now we just need to remember what seasonings we used. It's easy to take apart to wash it. This is made better that our old air popcorn popper.
