Soft, flexible, and comfortable enough to log countless hours in the pool, Kiefer Training Swim Fins are essential for swim workouts and swim training. A perfect training tool for kicking, swimming drills and training sets. A short and curved blade fin improves kick efficiency and develops kick strength without overtraining muscles, allowing swimmers to focus on proper kick mechanics. Swim fins are color coded for quick sorting and perfect fit. They are a great choice for swim teams and aquatic facilities. Kiefer - The First Name in U.S. Swimming since 1947.

Comfortable and flexible!!
These flippers are easy to put on and are flexible in the water. I wear an 8 1/2 and bout the larger size. They fit well. I have other water exercise items from Kiefer that have lasted for years. They make good quality products!!

No Break-In Required
I bought these for a 1-mile San Diego bay swim. Usually I don't swim with fins but this time I didn't want to watch all the people with fins go twice as fast as me. I did one warm-up swim with them the week prior in the pool. Both during the warm-up and the bay swim the fins were very comfortable and I didn't have any hotspots at all. The fit on my feet extremely well and it didn't cross my mind that they might possibly fall off. I highly recommend these fins for surface swimming.

Nice light fins for daily training
The training swim fins are light, which was just what I was looking for. I use them a lot and pleased with my purchase.Finding the correct size is a bit of a problem in my opinion. My shoe-size is 40/41 and not 42/43. These fins fit, however, nicely. The distance on the inside of the fins between the heel to the ridge, which your toes are not supposed to cross, is 25 cm. This would be more useful in chosing your size. Other training fins of a different brand with size 38-40 also measure 25 cm between inside heel and ridge. .I had also ordered red/grey Kiefers in the Netherlands and there the 42/43 where a bit bigger than these because the heel was less closely fitting. So regretfully there is an inconsistency within the Kiefer swimming fin sizes.

great addition to my fitness routine at the pool
great addition to my fitness routine at the pool. Neuropathies in both feet have led me to find alternatives walking/ running for cardio. These help make the workout in the pool in many ways. They add resistance to aqua leg lifts and core exercises. highly recommend. Size chart was perfect.

Perfect til I went IN the WATER
REVISED! These looked exactly like what I hoped they would be! I wanted short, flexible and durable. They are all that! BUT, after actually taking them in the water, I'm now wondering who actually wears these to swim and give them mobility. I previously gave them 5-Star, but for me they are closer to 1 or none. The toe end is a little snug, but we'll see how it goes in the water. I needed a short fin so as to not stress my damaged knee. They were fine til I got in the water. I felt like they were trying to float my feet. I thought "floater" meant they would not sink, if they came off. I don't want my legs to float, when I'm trying to swim. I wanted the fins to propel me, not float me. Hoping I can still return..

Nice Design....Questionable Quality
When i git these find i was surprised how sturdy they were....very solid. I also was surprised that they looked "used"....had a crack in the heek that you can put your finger through & the paint job was really messy & not spot on like the photograph on amazon. Haven't started my swimming lessons yet but hope they prove their worth and don't tear up on me....

After trying 3 other fins, these are best!
I went through the rounds of ordering and trying fins. Some too heavy, some too stiff. Kind of like the 3 bears, this one was just right. Good flexibility, strong kicking ability, nice fit, heel doesn't slip off like two of the others. I do conditioning and laps in the public pool, these are definitely improving my swim.

Five Stars
Very good. It doesn't propel you too fast like the larger fins. These still allow you to work on your strides. Therefore, these fins will give you 50% push as oppose to the long fins, which will propel you to 80%. Gives you a great workout.

Great for older adults
Following hip surgery you are not allowed to do a lot of the kick used in swimming These shorter fins allow you to use movement that will not damage your new hip, allowing you the movement needed to move along quickly.

Fins work but production quality needs work
Although the fins work great I was surprised by the poor colour on the blue areas of the fins. It really doesn't look professional done.
