A: Yes

**Q: Do these lock closed or only open?**
A: The don't lock closed however they don't open up on their own either. They stay securely closed until physically opened.

**Q: Do they come from China?**
A: the box says made in china

**Q: Are the blades made of steel?**
A: I can't say for sure that they are steel, but I did go look at them.  To my surprise they are made in the USA.  It says HART for the name of the company, they look to be steel and are double pointed blades. They appear to be steel and they are super sharp.

These little knives are sharp and well made. Like the fact they have a blade protector and they fold up. Comes with extra blades. Very easy to grip and seems to be comfortable to use. Best price I found for 4. Will definitely buy again
