But they say it works for developing new neurons... so it actually does make you smarter. It also helps with arthritis apparently. So I put my mother on it as well. I take 150mg and I’m an adult 190lb male. 200mg was too much. I felt like I was on test. I actually switched from taking Ray Kurweils brand to this brand as it’s the strongest I’ve found.
