Review: Effective and a godsend during heatwaves. - Perfect for the size of our room, very efficient and effective. Cools quickly, has a remote control and is neat looking. A bit difficult to move on thick carpet, but fine on tiles/wood floors. Be aware the the window fitting is for sash windows, ours are casement, but just poke the vent tube through a gap in the open window and it works fine. Arrived bang on time for the first heatwave this year and I may order another one for upstairs next spring. Running costs seem quite reasonable so far - no great leap in electric consumption although we only use it on the very hot days ( above 26c)
Review: Very good AC 👍🏻 - Really good AC. Cooled the bedroom down from 30 degrees celsius to 21 degrees overnight. It took about 5 hours to reach 21 degrees but it drops about 3 degrees in the first 45 mins. It is a little loud but it's basically just white noise so not a problem for night time. Doesn't have a big water tank that needs emptying often like some ACs do. The hose could be a little longer and could be made of more flexible material as it's quite annoying to move about. The unit is portable but is a little on the heavy side. It does have wheels but it's pretty difficult to carry up the stairs so wouldnt be suitable for less able bodied buyers. All in all, I'm really pleased with it and it's helped me keep my newborn baby cool throughout the current heatwave.

**Q: Hello, my window only opens around 5cm the tube will not fit if I buy. How do I solve this? Is there smaller tube too?**
A: No smaller tube that I know of. We solved it by using the widow spacer provided. I hope you can see what we did our window opens outwards so my husband cut a pice of perspect fit it in the window frame. Cut a hole in the perspect  for the tube works brilliantly  hope this helps you please ask if you need to know anything else

**Q: Do you need the hose for the fan setting?**
A: No- the hose is only for when using the air conditioning function.

**Q: Does this have a thermostat? I.e. can you set the desired temp & it switches on when it's above this and then off when the room reaches the temp?**
A: All of our air conditioners have an in-built thermostat, once the target temperature is reached the compressor shuts down.
