Level one on this one is absolutely perfect for that and is what you would expect a level one to be at in my opinion. I have multiple coworkers coming into use it and one actually bought it himself after trying it just one time. My lieutenant said it helped his hips and my captain stated that his feet felt better after using it. My chiropractor also said that she is completely on board with using an exercise board.
