We have broken numerous porcelain tureen ladles. This one won’t break! I know that cause I dropped it on the floor when I opened the box!! It has a weighted bowl, like a Tommy Tippy cup, so that it won’t sink into the soup. Looks very attractive also.

Adorable and sturdy, and floats as advertised. It can stand on its own, even balance on a bottle of wine! Works great for getting the booze infused fruit out of sangria, and never being lost as it’s quite distinctive. Being stolen on the other hand...The packaging is great, a box that tapers at the top so it’s not banging around, and no molded plastic to deal with. There’s even a recipe on the back of the box that sounds delicious. I bought it for myself but would definitely give as a gift!

I was so excited to get this for the practical nature and I love making soup you around however, the second it was put in the hot soup it cracked, and I had to return it** the company was wonderful reached out to me and not only did Amazon give me a refund but I was able to receive a new soup label completely free excited about using it when it arrives!**

My husband laughed when I got him a ladle that looks like a swan, but he later admitted that it was really cool because it didn't fall over into his soup (he loves to make chilli). Dishwasher safe, no staining so far (despite being used in red chilli) and it's cute. Total win. The only "downside" (and this is super minor) is that it always tries to "pop up" (stand up) when it is lying in the top rack of the dishwasher. But it's no big deal, I just put the top of the ladle under another item and it's all good.

This is the perfect gift for soup lovers and was a ladel lifesaver! My friend has this enormous soup pot and all the ladles would either be too small and slip into the abyss or is made of steel and heat up with the food. This SWANKY ladel does not absorb heat, is easy to clean, and is made to float in the pot like a swan on its own lake. It is a smart and well executed product that makes eating enjoyable and fun! I would totally recommend it and may buy one for myself!

I have given these adorable swan soup ladels to several people as hostess gifts. They look beautiful floating on top of your soup. I ordered a cheaper version that came from China, and those were worthless! This one is very sturdy and sets nicely on top of the soup and doesn't sink. I would definately recommend it to others!

My son brings "Ice Chest Tea" to our large family gatherings. Normally he uses a regular ladle which can be messy because it must be laid on a dish, etc. when not in use. "Swanky" worked well for us even though it didn't float if any tea was in it. The hook on the handle allowed us to hang it on the edge of the ice chest. It worked great for our purpose.

I bought one for myself last year and loved it! No more sinking ladles! Love this kitchen Gadget! Bought 6 more this year for Christmas gifts for friends!

So neat! The bottom is weighted so it literally sits upright on the counter. I also put it in water and does what they advertises - floats along the top. Will definitely be buying another as a unique gift.
