This a great product. I like the front and rear coverage at all times. Very clear and high def recordings. Lots of features. Easy to navigate controls. Had a problem with the internal battery, would not hold a charge, boot up problems. Melina with customer service walked me through a short Q&A about the issue and stayed in constant contact with me until the issue was resolved. Company sent me a new replacement unit, pre-tested in a short time. Replacement unit works great.Thanks Melina for all your help, Nice to find someone that really cares.Timothy P M

I do like it except... it's been updated but it comes with the old manual and online it hasn't been updated either. Took 2 calls to find out there is no blinking green light. Sometime it tells me to stop for the stop sign when there is none. Wish I could look it up.

Took a little while to install and hide all the wires, but it's worth it! In case you are wondering, plate numbers are recognizable from the video. The rear camera doesn't have great image quality at night, which is ok. Otherwise it exceeded my expectations.

Recorded video lengths of this dash cam have lots of variant. I had to pay for the return and two weeks passed since mailed to them, still did not get the refund yet.

I use dashcams in my cars. I got this one for the rear camera capability. Installation was easy. However, the viewscreen is small and the image seems very dark compared to the one this replaced. I did buy another front view only for another vehicle that I haven't installed yet. Jury is still out on Papago, but I bought it as Papago has a great reputation and reviews.

Worked for a second and then shut off. The worst part is that the vendor is making me pay to return their defective product.

I love it. I can not say enough. I know we dont pay attention to it until we need it.. It works and it will save your but from a ticket and for sure if you have an accident. I have it on all my car but for sure in my kids cars.

Works real good

The features are great. The one problem is that the Lithium polymer battery dies after about 3 years of operation or being on the shelf. The battery is wired in and internal so replacement is not easy. Less easy to find a replacement battery that fits (I haven't yet). Replacement batteries are about $40 and likely have to mounted externally.
