The screen arrived in basically excellent condition but moved around during shipping and some of the mounting brackets were bent. they were easily straightened out. Using a u-tube video the removal and installation were very easy. The actual size of the screen from side to side was, as pointed out by a note from the vendor, very slightly smaller but made no difference in the installation and the screen looks great and performs perfectly.

As soon i brought 15- 5559 laptop crack the screen. Then i used that laptop few months and it started to spread the crack. Then I brought this laptop from Microsoft stole. They said they need to send it to dell and fix the issue. to fix they asked $340. I brought this lap $430. I spoke to dell and they said LCD only $145. Then I ordered this screen and fixed the screen with help you tube video. Its really easy to fix and it didn't take 15 min to me to fix that. This product worked well for my laptop. touch also working great. it saved my me. Thanks for the product.

I highly commed the delivery team, as it was delivered early. product packaging was excellent, they also included a new frame which k still have it unused. What impressed me was was the contact number of the seller and email on a small pamphlet inside the box, that's the first thing you would find when you open the box. Which says in case of any problems and help needed with the product please contact. I absolutely love it, the product is of a great quality, and the touch is as the original. Must buy item, easy to install. This doesn't guarantee its not gone break, it's a touch panel which could brake if your laptop fall and the screen hits a sharp and hard surface. I'm trying to take extra care with my new screen, which no doubt is the best buy. Great product guys, keep it up 👍🏻

Dell had my inspiron in for repairs twice because of freeze ups because of screen problems. Touch finally gave up. I used as is until I could not stand the poor performance. The new screen is after market but working flawlessly. Touch screen works great and rest of computer problems are resolved. The resolution is slightly less but not important to me. It's totally acceptable for normal use. you can change it out in 5 minutes.

Nothing to like. It fits, but have wiggle room. Place to screw was bent. Item was cracked.

Single dead pixel kinda ruined this for me, but it was very easy to install. Youtube had some super easy to follow videos. The picture quality is not as good as the original my pictures look faded and less vibrant but this is mainly a computer i use for for work so the picture quAlity doesnt bug me like that dead pixel

First off the price was great! Touchscreen new lcd panel! As long as you verify your part number and pins can’t go wrong. Was slightly narrower, but all inside bezel. Mounting holes were perfect and it went together perfectly. Fired it up! Looks great! Touch worked! Very happy!

It is straightforward to install, but I guess that’s not a feature of the screen, but the laptop itself. I had to return it because there were two red/blue dots on the lower left of the screen. I’d hav expected seller offering a replacement but instead they approved the return.
