It's not hygienic in a pot, at all** A: Where do I start. The cream is a cream not a lotion if you have hygiene problems make sure you wash your hands first I use mine after a shower so no problem at all **Q: Does the cream have SPF** A: It's a good moisturiser for me but it does not advertise itself as having an SPF nor do any of the listed ingredients claim any spf. Cetaphil do make a specific moisturiser with SPF 50+ that is widely available, but only as a 50g tube which it says is for face, rather than a big tub for the whole body which is what I need. It’s really hydrating without feeling heavy or greasy, and it absorbs quickly so I can get dressed straight after applying it.
