A: No already assembled

A: Comes ready made like you see in the picture.  I found it a tad low so I added chrome feet.  Plenty of wooden frame to do so if you wish

A: Yeah includes the lid shown in video

I was initially a bit sceptical about ordering this item from amazon as I do like to see furniture before I buy it but I need not have worried as it is very nice. Its extremely solid and well made and the fabric is very nice and well upholstered. The burnt orange is a great colour to add some wow in the room.
