Despite its high price, it produces a strange, weird sound that’s completely unacceptable. The tones are off-key, hollow, and sometimes even crackly—nothing like what you’d expect from a premium instrument. For the amount I paid, I expected rich, clear, and resonant notes. Instead, I got an unpleasant, inconsistent sound that makes playing frustrating. This is not the quality you should get from an expensive piano. I want to return this piano. It does not meet the standards I expected, and the weird sound is a major dealbreaker.
