Review: مناسب - مناسب
Review: Sober curious? Give this a try. It’s really yummy! - I decided to try dry January this month because I've been drinking too much over the past year. I was also feeling tired, bloated and gained 20 pounds. I knew I needed to try something else. I'm so used to having a glass of wine or a cocktail every evening to relax and unwind and I didn't really want to give up that ritual. Plus it's hard for me to go to a restaurant and not order a cocktail. I wanted to find something to replace that habit and still enjoy that calming sensation of having a drink, but in a healthier way. I recently tried several non alcohol adaptogen type beverages. Some I liked and some are just ok. This Recess Mood Powder was one of my favorites. I found the little packages easy to use and you can take them with you to add to your sparking water at a restaurant, movie theatre, etc.. It feels like you can still enjoy a delicious beverage without having to order alcohol. The 3-in-1 powder blend contains mood-lifting magnesium, calming adaptogens, and hydrating electrolytes. It comes in 15ct stick pack sampler, 6ct stick pack sampler, unflavored stick packs, gradient berry stick packs, lemon citrus stick packs, lemon citrus tub, unflavored tub, and gradient berry tub. I bought three different flavors to have a variety. I also added them to my subscribe and save monthly subscriptions to always have them on hand and get a discount. Also, the little packets are much cheaper and easier to store than the ready made drink cans. In just the last two weeks my energy has skyrocketed. I sleep better (thanks to the magnesium), I wake up energized and excited. I really can't believe how much better I feel switching from wine to Recess Mood.

I take these with me on trips. It’s nice to drink this before bed instead of a glass of wine when I want to relax and wind down. I feel chill without any grogginess in the morning. Flavor is great!
