Review: Perfect for seniors. Highly recommend - I am too lazy to write reviews. Plus, by the time I’ve had something long enough to know whether it really was worth the purchase or not, I don’t think about things like reviews. But I’ve had my turtle for about 2 years and it’s truly one of those things I never want to do without ever again. I’m a senior. My bedroom is on the first floor and the laundry room is upstairs. The stairs turn. The railings stop during the turns. I like to hold the railing as my balance isn’t what it used to be. Neither are my knees nor the rest of me, but enough said. Carrying a laundry basket up and down stairs when I can’t see the steps nor can I hold the railing was unsafe. I either had to ask for help, which still being of an independent and stubborn mind I did not like to do, or go down backwards while dragging my basket step by step and hoping I wasn’t scratching the woodwork. Now granted the Turtle is way more expensive than a plastic laundry basket. However, it is soooo worth it. I can clasp a full load in my large size Turtle in one hand, hold the stair rail with the other and safely navigate the stairs on my own without fear. Now if you are 18-60, that probably doesn’t sound like a big deal. But for me, it is. So I highly recommend these for seniors. Plus they fold away so nicely and you don’t have some big ugly plastic laundry basket hanging around.

I was super worried at first bc when I put it in my dryer I felt like it was too small but it does a great job getting all my clothes. It’s fantastic for my back since I don’t have to keep bending over to get the everything. Foldability is not as complicated as I thought it was going to be, it’s just like the sunshade for your car. It’s super lightweight and easy to carry your clothes. Feels well made.
