The computer came in very good shape, lightly used and working great as advertised.It came with a fresh install of Windows 10 , but I removed that hard and replaced it with one that I loaded Windows 7 on so I could still play some older games that I like that would not load on windows 10. You can go to Steam and download older games that have been updated to run on windows 10 machines, but since I have limited data internet and enjoy tweaking computers the operation system swap was for me. If you don't have data limitations Windows 10 and downloading the updated games are probably the easier way to go.The games that I have ran on it are fairly basic, age of empires, settlers 7, civilization 4 and call of duty 2 and etc. Its Windows 7 Experience Rating is 6.5, which is based on the lowest score of 1.0 to 7.9. The ratings are as follows with Samsung electronic hard drive and 16gb ram : processor 7.2 , Memory (Ram) 7.9, Graphics 6.5 , Gaming Graphics 6.5, Primary Hard Disk 7.9.I also upgraded the ram to 16 GB and couldn't be happier with the laptop, its been a daily user since I bought it.The battery does work, but I cant tell you what the life is as I keep it plugged in. The other nice thing is it runs very cool, my older Dell D630 was overheating badly and that's why replaced it with this laptop as I knew it could easily run Windows 7 or Windows 10. If you ever need drivers for the laptop, or want to do free driver scan just go to Dell.com and either type your service tag or run the scanner. The computer came with the battery and charger and Windows 10 installed, no discs came with the computer, but that is standard anymore, just do backups to internal DVD already installed on the computer, or plug in a USB hard drive.The internal wifi works very well for me. The system volume like most laptops is there but not great, so if you want something louder for playing music a Bluetooth or external speaker is the way to go.One area of note if you decide to swap back and forth between Windows 7 and Windows 10 like I have done, go into BIOS and set Windows 7 to Legacy settings and if Windows 10 set it to enhanced settings or the computer might not boot properly.As delivered this is a good value for a used computer, the computer is quality and Dell is good about keeping drivers and etc. on their web site should you ever need them. Without upgrades the computer will be fine, if you want a want a quick easy upgrade then upgrade the Ram whichis accessed simply be removing the back panel .

First I will like to thank you for shipping the product on time. Also the smooth flow windows 7 being upgrade to windows 10 and how it function with no fuss, I love this Dell Latitude E6430 computer, even though it was refurbished it work fine. But there is one problem with the power cord that came with it Is damage and have broken areas close to the plug In connection. Can you please replace this damage power cord with a better power cord ? Also, can you let us know if you have disc to erase Computer Hard Drive with moving the drivers? The computer itself is great. It works and you can tinker with it to get what you need out of it. It’s definitely NOT a 2017 computer so the company should take that out of the description as it is misleading. You can tell it’s an older model by doing research which everyone should do before buying something on Amazon. This was taken into account in determining my 3 Star rating along with other things which I will lay out.Cosmetically, It does have scratches on it and was extremely dirty when it arrived. The keyboard was a mess like someone ate greasy pizza and used it. There were crumbs in between the dang keys! It was really gross but that can be fixed by cleaning it. Their are significant scratches on the outside cover and looks like it might’ve been dropped with a tiny scratch on the screen that we noticed when cleaning. These are all cosmetic and dont affect the computer itself.When we first received the computer, it was locked with a screen name and password. It states in the description that the computer had been “wiped clean” however it wasn’t (both data wise and sanitary wise). We had to root it to get into the computer then completely clean it out. Which is fine but again the seller shouldn’t say something was done when it wasn’t done. I can only think the reason why they stated this was so they can raise the price of the computer. Yes, it was a cheap computer BUT you should mention the flaws so people know what they are getting.All this factors in to my rating of the computer. I won’t be buying from this seller again but I’m mostly satisfied with the purchase even though I feel like the seller was deceitful in the description of the product. There are definitely better deals and sellers out there so I would say really delve into the reviews of the seller and buyers before buying. All in all, I got it for a specific purpose and it adequately handles the job I needed it for. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve returned the computer.

Update on my review. I have learned from my internet supplier this computer has major problems. Further, I purchased a warranty from Asurion but it doesn't begin until I have had the computer for one year. I am really disappointed. I would like to return the computer for credit and purchase a new one. It doesn't appear that this is possible. I have no idea who Maze Tech is but it appears they don't support their products. WARNING Don't purchase ANYTHING from this seller. And I'm having my doubts now about the integrity of Amazon.

When I received this laptop, I couldn't figure out why my DVD player wouldn't work. It had already ruined 4 DVDs before I realized the drive was faulty. I contacted Refurbees and they quickly emailed me. They told me that they would sent out a replacement drive and it would be an upgraded model. I received the drive over the weekend. I had trouble removing the old drive. They went as far as to make a late night call back to me to help give ideas to help get the drive out. Success! After installing the new drive, it worked like a dream. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service! I am enjoying the updated Dell that is replacing my 10 year old Dell laptop.
