I've bought several ottos now not because they don't work, but because they work so well, and I kept one at multiple locations. I recently replaced one of my ottos after over five years of use simply because I personally found it time for a less sticky one. The new one did not hold a proper charge, which I had never had happen before. I contacted Otto through Amazon support and was promptly responded to, at which time Otto not only insisted on refunding my money despite me offering to pay, but overnighted a brand new one and a more upgraded model in a carrying case (they don't know the usual box it comes in is useful for your grinding handiwork. I've attached a couple of photos of what I received in the overnight mail, which was a pleasant and also unnecessary surprise. The new Otto is on the charger, and I'm expecting nothing but great things. Thank you Otto.
