District V4 Pro Scooter Complete Assembly Needed Smooth and Quiet Lean-to-Steer

Easy assembly!!

The scooter did not come in its original box, it was partially assembled and assembled incorrectly. The allen wrench for assembly was loose in the box and scratched the scooter, and was protruding from the box when it arrived. There were no instructions what so ever with the scooter, a guessing game to finish putting it together. The grip paper was not attached to the base so it came bent/creased in the middle. This was a Christmas gift for my grand daughter and I chose not disappoint her by returning it, but deal with my frustration. When I emailed Light In the Box they wanted me to show proof of the damage. Not quite sure how I was supposed to do that without returning it. It took me two weeks and several emails to get them to email me the manufacturer instructions. Once I received the instructions I realized it was assembled by them incorrectly. I took the scooter to a skate board shop and they helped me assemble it correctly, a loose bolt in the box was at that time placed t properly. This posed a safety issue for my grand daughter. My grand daughter loves the scooter but I would not recommend doing business with Light in the Box. They have yet to send me a new grip paper. I ordered two Fusion Scooters, just as expensive for my Grandsons. They came in their original boxes, with full instructions and no damage. I will not order anything from Light in the Box again.

Great value for the price. Was a little hard to fit some of the pieces together, but I finally got them together, and my 10 yr old son loves his Christmas present.

Is it possible to give no stars? Very disappointed. Craftsmanship is below par. Missing parts. No instructions. Didn’t have all stickers as advertised. This was a Santa gift. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was given a phone number in China to call to resolve my issue. When I attempted to contact the US location, there was no contact information. All we want is the missing part. DO NOT waste your money with Lightinthebox.com or on this product.

Perfect my son loves it. He's 9

I bought this for my 9yr old grandson for Christmas 2017. He weighs no more than 50/60 lbs. Already, less than a month riding it, not even everyday, the wheels have bent. This is ridiculous for the price I paid for this Pro Scooter. I realize that the really good ones sell for much, much more, but we’ve had the Razors for many many years that are still going . Not happy with my purchase.
