The converter is great. It works as advertised
i think it was a returned product. The converter is great. It works as advertised .The instructions were coffee stained.The car adapter was cut and non-usable. I could see the mounting holes had scratches in them like it was mounted at one time . I must say the converter works ok. This is my third one They work great . Careful who it cone from.
