Condor Tool & Knife, Woods Wise Knife

It's a Condor. Great design and a nice leather sheath...just like everything they do. I have larger hands and it still feels great in the hand. The blade is smaller than I expected and I actually like it better because of that. I've had it out for a total of 9 days and 8 nights and it is SUPER handy. The full tang allows it to out perform ANY folder and the size allows me to wear it as a necker. I have about 12-15 "neckers" and this one is my second least expensive and definite favorite as of now. As far as how sharp it was shipped.... I don't remember it being an issue. Learn to sharpen a knife and then stop caring about something so ridiculous to worry about. I will be buying another one just incase Condor stops making them anytime soon.

This is what you expect from Condor; a good work knife, but not exceptional. Great size for around camp to cut cordage, slice an apple, do some whittling, etc.At first I thought the blade was some sort of camo skin, but is just a natural finish. I'm not the biggest fan of how that looks, but it is growing on me, and doesn't change the knife's effectiveness.This will likely see more use than my "primary" bushcraft knife once camp is set up. Really happy so far, and I'll update next year after I've used it more.

A nice little neck knife. Easy to sharpen and holds an edge well. It is almost identical to a paring knife except for the very keen point. Highly recommended.

Sharp, compact yet big enough to get the job done. Handle feels secure and comfortable. worth it!

Would have been 5 stars, but quality control missed this one. Condor knives usually come shaving sharp, this one came butter knife dull. Finish is sloppy and uneven. Knife will not even fit inside the sheath. At the very least, it's made of good materials. So I can sharpen/refinish the blade and stretch the leather, but having to do extra work before a knife will do it's job makes for a disappointing purchase. Otherwise would have been a handsome and worthy knife. Buy in person instead of online to make sure you get a good one. FYI, it's smaller than you think it will be.

Great every day carry

This will be my 7th or 8th Condor knife, including a nice machete. I have not received it yet but as always, my expectations are high. I have two bushlore minis that are my favs by far. I am buying this to use much the way I do the mini, on my hip and for everyday use. Will update after I receive knife, then again after some use.

Item description says 1095 steel. This knife is 1075.

Sehr gut verarbeitet, guter Schliff, tolles Holz, durchdachtes Design. Leider einen Tick zu klein für mich – ich dachte, das würde hinhauen, aber es liegt leider auch im Dreifingergriff nicht richtig sicher in meiner (eher breiten) Hand. Extrem schade, einen Tick größer und es wäre 100% mein neues Schnitzmesser geworden. Die Lederscheide ist gut verarbeitet und sieht wertig aus, leider bekommt man das Messer nur mit sanfter Gewalt überhaupt hinein und nur noch mit echter Gewalt wieder raus, was bei so einem Messer etwas unsicher ist. Sicherlich ein Montagsmodell.Vor dem Kauf unbedingt mit den genauen Dimensionen auseinandersetzen, vor allem wenn die Hände etwas breiter sind. Gerade noch vier Sterne, weil es für jemand mit etwas schmaleren Händen und mit etwas mehr Glück mit der Scheide ein wirklich tolles Messer wäre.

This knife will replace your edc pocket knife 99% of the time. Honest to the sky lord, i use this knife as an edc every day i go to work as a delivery driver and its hands down my favourite. I carry it more than my spyderco's . either looped around a belt or by neck its great

Well made knife and sheath great for whittling and small carving jobs around the camp and it's a good backup to the Condor Bushcraft knife.

Hier bekommt man für sein Geld ausnahmsweise mal wenig Messer...aber das es sich hier um ein kleines Schnitzmesser handelt muss jedem bewusst sein der sich dafür interessiert.es kam mit einer sehr guten Schärfe an und wurde direkt durchs Holz getrieben.es liegt angenehm in der Hand und vollführt eine sehr gute Arbeit.. besonders bei feineren Schnitzereien. Die Klinge ist sehr Schnitthaltig und lässt sich bei Bedarf leicht wieder schärfen. Auch die qualitative Lederscheide ist top und rundet das Gesamtbild ab.

Fijn compact mes, goed scherp.Schede beetje stroef in het begin, maar dat is ook goed. Afwerking Condor eigen, prima maar beetje rommelig.
