It is very well made from high-quality materials.I chose the red set in the medium size. The collar and leash are a very attractive in matching bright red. The size is perfect. It is also available in a very pretty bright blue and in small, medium and large. Because of how sturdy and durable this collar and leash set is, I think it would be a good choice for large dogs who tend to be hard on their collars or pull hard on their leashes.The collar and leash are made from soft, flexible, nylon that is densely woven to give extra strength. All the seams are double-stitched. The metal hardware and latches are high-quality and fit very well together so you feel that you have a secure hold on your dog. The collars are easily adjustable making it easy to choose the right size and make the collar comfortable for your dog. It seem to do the job intended and it was a plus that the material dries quickly. I would have given it a 5 star review had the collar not broken off of my dog's neck while we were crossing a busy intersection in New Orleans. We survived, no harm done. But, after only 2 weeks of proper use the buckle should not have broken the way it did.06/23/16| Since writing my original review Gordon contacted me regarding my review very much apologetic and so kind. He offered to send my pup a replacement collar. Of course, I accepted the offer as I previously mentioned I liked the collar set until it broke. At any rate, we are giving Gordon Wear another go around. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a whole new collar set, as I only really needed the collar. I really can't recommend it enough. Superb construction, and the handle has the perfect combination of soft yet durable. I'm always iffy when ordering pet products online because all too often you get something with terrible stitching. That is not the case whatsoever with this leash or collar, the stitches are wide and well done. I have a 65 pound standard poodle who is ridiculously strong, much stronger then you think a poodle would be lol and I can't use retractable leashes because he wears them out too quickly. I've been using this leash for the past week and can confidently say that it's definitely going to last. The collar is the same quality material and stitching as the leash, I got the large and it's the perfect size for my poodle.
