Review: Bad quality - I was consuming this powder earlier and started using again, turns out even if the expiry is on 2027, the formula is bad, it smells, tastes weird and like soda when I mix with water a fizz sound occurs. Do not consume it.
Review: Amazing Product - My mom has been trying to increase her protein intake, but she's never been a fan of protein powders because she always thought they'd be too heavy or difficult to digest. I did a bit of research and ended up ordering Fast&Up for her because it was gut friendly and had 26g protein. She's been having it after her morning walk and surprisingly didn't complain about the taste (which is rare 😅). The free shaker was actually helpful because she didn't have one, so she could start using it right away.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Product

I did a bit of research and ended up ordering Fast&Up for her because it was gut friendly and had 26g protein. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Taste, Solid Protein, Worth Buying
*by J***Y on 3 August 2026*

Fast&Up has been one of those brands I've trusted for a while, so buying their plant protein felt like a safe choice. I was looking to add more protein to my diet, and since I already liked their other products, I thought I'd stick with a brand I knew. The Chocolate flavour is good, the 26g protein fits my daily goals, and the free shaker was a nice bonus. I've been using it after my workouts and it's been working well for me.
