I absolutely love the way this chair looks and it accents my other darker office items well. I'm 5'4" and can sit in the chair, all the way back without a pillow so the size works well for me. The back support is fine and you can adjust it if you want it straighter or rock back & forth. I changed out the casters for a more rollerblade type wheel when so I can't speak to the rollability of the included casters, but works well with the wheels I installed.
