Travelon 1st Class Sleeper, Gray, 35 x 17 x 9

I used this in combination with the Therm-A-Rest Camp Seat on a 20 hour coach flight to Asia. It was the perfect size to fit on the coach seat. It was much more comfortable than the regular seat, and I found myself relaxed and comfortable at the end of the flight. I herniated two discs last year and was worried I would be in pain for my entire trip, but with this product I experienced no back pain at all.The pillow only needs a few breaths to fill up to the proper inflation pressure. While it will seem like it is not even close to being inflated properly, once you lean back against it you will find that the small amount of air is perfect. It supports your lower back, shoulders, head and neck. I did try putting more air in it, and it is less comfortable because it is too firm and does not conform to your body. Follow the directions and you find that it is amazingly comfortable.When it is deflated, it rolls into a fairly small size that easily fit into my backpack.I recommend this for anyone who is going to go on a long flight and wants to be comfortable and rested at the end of the flight.

This does not work. It is fine for a lumbar support, but when used to provide support for neck/head it does not have the support needed. My head just pushed the air out of the pocket and flattened it. The item was inflated exactly according to included directions. Great idea, failed.

I LOVE this travel pillow. Will always take it with me. Folds down pretty small and has it's own bag. Super easy to inflate. Not the usual small inflation tube that you squeeze and then into which you huff and puff. This has a 1 inch plus opening, your lips fit inside the opening so you aren't using energy trying to squeeze air through a tiny opening. Printed instructions on pillow tell you how many breaths needed. It will appear flat and not inflated enough but when you put it behind your back it will be just right. Not only did I use it on the airplane I also used it when I was a passenger on a long car ride and it made it so much pleasanter. Can also be folded and used just as a lumbar support. Inflation opening is placed high on the side so if you want to add or release air it is easy. When you uncap the tube opening there is a black inner flap soft sealing the opening. Just poke your finger in and the seal is broken and air is released. This really is one of the better travel investments I've ever made.

The pillow isn’t convenient enough to carry on the plane. It’s relatively large and bulky. It can be comfortable in a semi-inflated condition, I found it has more use in the house on separate pieces of furniture.

It can be used 2 different ways, as a lumbar support or as a full length sleeper. I am 6' tall 165 lbs. Review not applicable if you are taller or thicker.1) Lumbar support: 5 stars. Extremely comfortable from neck down. I scoot my knees up against the seat in front and leave knees bent at a 90. Separate Neck pillow necessary. Not ideal for hours of sleep, but the most comfortable and best lumbar support and works in small space. A smaller pillow (shorter and narrower) would be easier, but I have not found it yet, so this is the king. Material has too much friction so hard to adjust by sliding but stays put.2) Head to toe Sleeper: 4 stars. Best sleep ever on a 14 hour flight since it keeps head up and allows torso to stay diagonal and legs straight under seat in front. Will not work if seats are close together like many domestic planes and Boeing 737. Worked in Boeing 777 that gave an extra 4+ inches in front of knees.Main Complaint: Air in the pillow flows between top and bottom half pivoting at the center of the pillow. With my shape, lumbar pushed back too hard which flattens my lumbar curve too much. The air is pushed into the top half which pushes out my chest, resulting in insufficient lumbar support . Adjusting air volume did not fix this. So I used my muscles to straighten my torso and add curve to lumbar. This becomes tiring after a few hours. HOWEVER, I still slept better on this than any other method I have tried. Product perfection would make 2 separate chambers for more lumbar support. OR use it as #1 above and get a separate neck pillow.

I was facing a plane trip to China and a middle seat on the plane, so I did some research on options. The first class sleeper travel full body pillow got great feedback so I thought I'd take a chance. This was a last minute decision and I didn't have a lot of time. The seller was great about working with me to get it before I left. Buying this product turned out to be a great decision. I love it! I bought two other seat cushions from another company for both my husband and myself, but we really didn't care for them. One of the things I liked most about this product was that the side cushioning added definition and kept me in place. It also kept the people on both sides of me from touching and jostling me. I would highly recommend this item for any long trip that requires sitting up. It was a blessing.

Soo comfy for a long flight

If I could have given no stars I would have. Definitely not worth the money. Purchased to use in vehicle awaiting back surgery. Right from the start it kept losing air but I was desperate as I had three appointments a week an hour away each way. Then the closure broke and I had to use a coin to open it every time. I contacted the company after my surgery when I was longer allowed to ride in a vehicle for weeks.Hoped to request a replacement if mine was just faulty or a refund. I got the standard after 30 day jingle. Save your money
