The nipple is made from natural rubber latex and because this is a natural material, the nipple may expand after use. Please replace the pacifier when you see a change in size or shape of the nipple. For safety and hygienic reasons, we recommend replacing the pacifier after 4 weeks of use. **Q: Did you guys change the bulb size recently? These are the only ones my son would take and now the bulb is smaller than the originals I purchased.** A: Since it’s natural rubber it causes the older Binky to expand the longer they suck on it. That’s why they are different sizes. :) the older one expands because it’s more worn.
