The Cooler Roll does not need to be refrigerated. Many clients enjoy the way that it feels on the skin when chilled, but it is not necessary.

Q: Is there any reason these can't be reused like their 4"x7" individual pads?

Hello. Pieces of the Cooler Roll can certainly be placed in a resealable plastic bag and re-used. Because they are thinner than the 4x7" pads, pieces of the Cooler Roll will tend to dry out and break down more quickly, but it's entirely safe to re-use pieces if you'd like to do so.
