Review: Great running belt - This belt and a 21oz CamelBak bottle have been my companion for my marathon training. Enough room for my Pixel 3a and some gels. Easy to pull and replace bottle while running. My phone does get sweaty on longer runs so I use a Ziploc for extra protection. The key pocket is a nice feature. Comfortable worn low on the hips without bounce unless my bottle is full. I am 5'11'', 205lbs, and the belt length was perfect without any trimming. Over 100 miles so far and holding up great.
Review: Trail Tested, Runner Approved - I have a few major pet peeves when it comes to the gear I wear when I run: I despise anything that rubs my skin, impedes my motion, or bounces. I've discarded or given away several packs and bottle holders, and I only use my CamelBak for extremely long runs, because I really don't like the feel of the thing. So it's without the slightest reservation that I say I absolutely LOVE this thing. I just got it today, so I decided to beat the ever-living heck out of it by taking it for a fun little 10k jaunt over ugly technical terrain. I jumped over rocks and roots, bombed down hills, and ducked through downed trees, and I never even noticed the full 26 oz bottle in the cradle. The thing just doesn't move! Extracting my bottle was smooth, and while I had my reservations, I didn't have to break stride to return my drink to its holster. Having previously lost my keys and wallet to a the zipper on my pack bouncing open, I have to say that I'm a huge fan of the locking zipper pouch, which is just large enough to fit my iPhone 6+ in a waterproof case, with room to spare. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

**Q: Whats with the belt customerization?**
A: I have 14 inches (by 1.5 inches) of extra velcro belting left over after tightening to fit.  Since the end of the belt is finished with a fixed hard plastic plastic "cap" over the end of the belt, there is no way to cut it to size.  The fabric and velcro are much too thick to do that - and the fabric would just ravel.

**Q: I have 2 cell phones, 6 inches by 1.25 inches thick together.  Can they fit in the pocket?  Is it tight thickness wise?**
A: Plenty of room in the pocket to fit either phone and perhaps both at the same time. I fit my iPhone 7S, my inhaler, 2x energy gel, 2x liquid IV and still have room for a wad of cash or keys if you need to. Best running belt ever.

**Q: Do you feel the water bottle bouncing or bumping in your "behind" while running?**
A: No, I feel nothing at all. The bottle is easy to remove and install back, with out breaking your stride. The pouch is a little snug for an IPhone 6, but it fits and I can run with it. You also have a little room for help pack inside. My long runs have become much more enjoyable. In fact, because of this product. I can now run further and longer, since I am not stuck running a distance that’s easy for me to get back to my sitting water bottle. I can now run 13 miles anywhere, since my bottle of water is right with me.

**Q: What is the difference on the “Upgrade” models?**
A: The updated waist pack added side pouch for mobile phone or other small items.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid overall, not perfect

This is the second running belt with a water bottle I've tried after I've totally discounted any that have clips and adjustable straps. Those bounce too much. I liked this one due to the adjustable strap and the fact that you can cut the end to fit your needs. That was a huge plus and it worked well. I with though the belt strap was elastic so you don't have to constantly tear and retighten the velcro if it's not quite right. I have a running belt w/o a water bottle with an elastic strap and find that one works better. The strap also feels kinda cheap to me but that might be necessary to allow it to be cut easily. Another con is the pocket is too big for just a cell phone and a key, that's all I need, no need to bring money on a run. The water bottle is too big for me as well, I just need a small 12 oz bottle, not 16+ oz. The smaller bottle fits well in there though, stays in place, and the holder has some rigidity to it, which is great so you can put the bottle back in with one hand (possibly... I'm still new at using one of these so I couldn't do it for my first run but perhaps with some practice). For those reasons (big pocket, bigger water bottles) this belt might be better for someone that is going 5+ miles out into the wilderness and wants extra water and food for energy. For me, just going 3-5 miles it's a bit much but other than what I've mentioned, it works well, seems of good quality, doesn't really bounce when you get it tightened correctly and I'll use it through the summer. I think for my next one though I would prefer an elastic belt and smaller pocket and water bottles.
