I had some issues with shipping on the first one and part broken on second, but in the end the product warranty was honored and I got another one sent to me right away! I also got an extra set of clamps. 5 stars for a quality backed product and quick customer support that wanted to fix the issue. This stand is heavier duty than a regular umbrella light stand (see pic) and a lot taller too. Make sure you realize it is only 5ft wide, which seems fine for 2 person backdrop (maybe 3). I accidentally ordered a 7ft wide backdrop and ended up having to put 1/2 inch PVC pipe inside the top bar to extend it on both ends, it worked out, but I wouldn't suggest it (just get a bigger stand). I got a nice little carry bag with mine, but not sure if it was just complimentary.
