I was hesitant about how well it would work because of its affordable price, but it has completely blown every other product I've tried (many were also much more expensive) out of the water. Due to changing to a low carb diet and weight loss, my hair was falling out more than normal and my nails have always been brittle and tore easily. By the time I finished the first bottle (30 days) I was already seeing a difference. My nails are so strong that I have to file them down because they grow so long without breaking- even with working in healthcare and repeated washing which usually destroys your nails.
