Q: Which chamber does the nectar go?

The nectar goes in the outer area. The center reservoir is for plain water, to block ants. It woks great.

Q: Why so rediculously expensive?

If you're comparing our feeder to the Chinese counterfeits, it may seem expensive. Keep in mind that the photos and videos they're using are OURS. WE invented this feeder and still make it in Michigan, USA. They are made of 100% polycarbonate. This is the same material as bullet-proof glass. It'll last a lifetime. It won't ever fade, crack, or leak. If you figure out how to break it, or even just lose part of your feeder, we will replace whatever part you need for free - for life. And you don't need a receipt for replacement parts. The Chinese knockoffs are small, cheap, and many break just taking them out of the box. Many leak after a couple days. Many do not have ant moats because when they copied it, they didn't understand. How are they getting away with using our photos and videos, as well as violate our trademark?? They aren't BUT we must report them continuously or they win and we are out of business.

Q: How can I keep bees and flies out of the feeder?

Honestly, we rarely get this question. Our feeder blocks most of the wasps and flying insects that are attracted to nectar. But every now and then there are circumstances in weather that produce an unusually large hatch of certain insects. Sometimes it's winged ants, sometimes it's tiny gnats. If you're finding bugs in your feeder, we've found that the problem almost always goes away in a week or so. If you have some unusual circumstances in your yard, and you're unhappy with the feeder, we will of course refund your money. And we have no time limit for the refund so feel free to see what happens. We love and feed hummingbirds so would really appreciate it if you would update us. Thank you.
