Love this product
Love this product. I have been using for four months and it truly helps curb my appetite. Using this with soy milk and counting carbohydrates, I lost 13 lbs in 14 days. I prefer the Chocolate flavored over the Vanilla.

Great tasting and easy to make
Great tasting and easy to make. I use almond milk and a banana to serve has my breakfast during the morning. Keeps my full until the lunch time

Used to be better
Seems like they have reformulated this cause I remember them tasting better. No gas or bloating like Advocare brand but not as tasty.

This has a super thin consistency. Not like a shake, more like light brown water. I don't recommend as there's not much flavor.
