love wearing this, it is light weight and holds up nicely when doing every day things. if you wear it while doing a run or working out and you sweat every time you can very easily just shower with it and it comes clean, but if not then put it in a jewelry cleaner and set it for the longest clean cycle and it will be nice a clean. the stiffness that it comes with will go away, but the material it is made of is very strong and able to withstand pulls and tugs at random with no worries about it breaking. just remember you have it on and don't let any one or anything hit you right in the area the crystal or stone is sitting or your chest will hate you later.

It is a nice size, nice white color and looks great over dark color clothing.

I bought several of these for Christmas gifts for some of my nieces. I got two of the amethyst and one of them is really pretty and a nice stone. The other one is just fair. It's a little dark and certainly not as pretty as the other one. I guess you just take a chance on whether you get one that's a really nice stone or not. Not sure yet what I'm going to do with the one that is dark and plain

first impression--black cord necklace has straggly ends instead of adjustable knotted necklace with knotted ends that do not stick out because the person either didnt know how to do the necklace properly--google it abd make your own i guess--not sure that i believe this is real gemstone--my first impression is that it is not genuine--it doesnt look like a real unenhanced gemstone--looks fake--going to try the scratch test on the gemstone to determine that and will report back--gemstones are supposed to feel cool when put up to your cheek--my real gemstones do--this one does not--again, google it and test for yourself--it is cute but it is what it is and isnt what it isnt--there's my review!
