An Exceptional Sounding Earphones from Klipsch
These were bought as a replacement for Klipsch S4i-II that recently stopped working. So far the only issues I have with this “new” angled style are 1. The microphone is located closer to the left ear which allows it to easily “listen” to the audio coming out of the earphones so when using these for gaming purposes you will “echo” if your music or game audio is too loud. 2. This style seems to not want to stay in my ears and the slightest wire pull has them falling out which never happened with the S4i-ii.Other than those 2 issues, these earphones sound exceptional - Great highs and mids with a fantastic bass response. Overall great pair of earphones.

An improvement over the (excellent) Klipsch S4
I've used the Klipsch S4 earphones for a long-time, for two main reasons. First, they're comfortable. I find most earphones uncomfortable, especially those that drive deep into your ear canal. The angled driver and oval-shaped ear tip allow these to rest outside of my ear canal (kind of like earbuds), allowing me to wear them for hours. Second, the sound quality is so good for the price. I'm sure you could find something better, but I think the margins of return diminish severely after the Klipsch. And now come the R6, which are equally comfortable but actually sound better! Some people find them excessively bassy. But I find that they correct the shrill, artificial-sounding highs of the S4. The bass is more pronounced but also more dynamic and controlled than before. It's a brilliant package overall. Go for it!

Good ear buds, but not the low end or noise cancelling I'd hoped for
I've struggled to find ear buds to use at work that have the low end I was looking for. I've had Klipsch Heresy II's and Klipsch Cornwall II loudspeakers at home since the 80's and the low end of Klipsch loudspeakers is almost without parallel. So after having tried several different brands, I assumed I'd get the same great large sound stage low end performance from Klipsch ear buds as I'd experienced from my loudspeakers, but that didn't turn out to be the case. The sound isn't bad by any means, but it definitely left wanting more from the low end of the spectrum.I've been through 4 sets of ear buds before finding what I was looking for. In fairness, to get the low end I was looking for, I had to step up to a higher price range of ear buds. I tried 3 sets of ear buds in the $35-$80 range and all came up short. Every one of those 3 had excellent, crisp, and high quality overall sound, but to get the low end I was looking for, I had to step into the over $100 range. I didn't try any of the Klipsch offerings in this range, simply because it occurred to me that every high end audio manufacturer has a specialty where they really shine. I assumed (perhaps incorrectly, because again, in fairness, I didn't try Klipsch' high end ear bud offerings) Klipsch specialty is loudspeakers. So with that said, I began to research companies who are known for their ear buds. I also learned that you can spend an obscene amount of money on these things, but I ended up finding some that were outstanding for roughly $130. So in the end, two lessons learned. You can't get the extreme of quality I was looking for cheap, but you don't have spend ridiculous money either. It just takes patience and research. The other lesson is one I should have seen coming. If you want a fantastic bang for the buck, you need to be looking at manufacturers who specialize in the technology you want to buy. For me, I had to go up from this price point to find what I was looking for.

Best noise cancelling headphones!
I love the shape of the ear pieces. I like wired headphones because I have long hair and the wireless always flip out of my ears. I have always been happy with how klipsch headphones work. I have many pair. I keep misplacing them and have to buy new ones lol. Only problem is the volume control isn't working with my Samsung S8 plus phone. It could be that my phone is older. It might work fine with newer phones. One thing I love most about Klipsch headphones is they really do cancel out the noise. I sometimes fall asleep in my chair while my husband watches tv. I'll put the headphones in my ears with nothing playing to block the noise. This works great. I don't hear a damn thing lol.

Perfectly Clear
I have only one gripe about these headphones and that is the lack of a cable keeper at the split. I wear collared button-up shirts to work every day and the cable catches on my collar constantly due to no keeper. That is the ONLY negative about these. The crystal clear highs and deep, full bodied lows are incredible. I have experienced no distortion even at volume levels that make me cringe. I have small ear canals and the wide selection of cones allowed me to find one that fits perfectly. From small children to adults with large ears, there should be a set that fits. The ovular shaped ear cones are a blessing as well. These are the first cone style earbuds I have owned that will stay in my ears while moving around. Bottom line? 9.9/10 - I love them.

Love these earbuds
Read all the usual reviews, tried the 1MOREs first which had great sound but returned them 'cos the faulty switches make them stop/start/jump any time they feel like it, then tried the Sennheiser HD1s, these went back 'cos although the sound was detailed it was also sterile, didn't make me enjoy the music, then got these and love them. Great sound, plenty of bass but not intrusive, and makes music fun again. The included tips work well, I'd think one or other would fit most ears, but I also got a set of the Comply Isolation Noise Cancelling Memory Foam Earphone Tips for Etymotic, Klipsch... which make the sound isolation and bass that bit better.

Great sound. Great foam tip options.
Sounds great. Love that they fit high end foam tips from Shure and Etymotic for even better noise isolation. Easy to get in and out compared to some other in ear designs. They can be worn over-the-ear to reduce cord rustling noise, but would be better if the mic was a little lower and the buds didn't stick out as far when upside down. The mic ends up hanging down behind your ear when worn over the ear which isn't the case with others.

Excellent headphones
Really happy with these headphones. Sound is incredible. When I first bought them, was worried about cord noise, but very quickly it has resolved and/or I've gotten used to it. Really a cut above anything I have had before, and I have had high-end wired phones before

Rien à redire
Mes précédents R6i avaient des faux contacts après quelques années d'utilisation. J'ai racheté ceux-ci tout va bien. Excellent son et les embouts sont toujours confortables.
