## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the storage expandable with a SD card?**
A: WARNING: If you purchase this tablet and update the OS to Android 12, you will lose the ability to move apps to the SD card, as Samsung’s distribution is bugged. (Any attempt to move an app will result in a fake “not enough storage” error. Search for “Android 12 update has messed up ‘move to SD’ functionality” and you can read about it on Samsung’s community forum.)

**Q: How many GB Ram ?**
A: 32gb version has 3gb RAM and the 64gb version 4gb RAM. It can be found at Samsung website or in GSM Arena website

**Q: Has anyone used this with the DJI fly app**
A: I have and it works fine with the mavic mini 2 and the dji fly app. You have to enable "download from unknown sources" under security otherwise you will receive a parsing error and it will not install. Also The app is not on the google play so u have to go to the dji site to download it....hence the change i mentioned previously.

**Q: Are you able to download games that do not require wifi or cellular service to play them?**
A: yes, just search for games that show they can be played offline in the play store.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, easy to use.

Good. Unfortunately got locked out. Patience needed to set up again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very easy tablet to use

Easy to set up and easy to use. Very happy with this tablet. Good value for money.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does exactly what I need it to do
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 26 December 2024*

I am a private pilot and use this tablet to run SkyDemon (satellite navigation) in the aeroplane. Perfect size for a kneeboard, nice bright screen that is even nicely visible in direct sunlight. Doesn’t overheat and stop during flight, long battery life and access to three different sets of satellites. Not often I endorse anything made by Samsung but this does more and works way better than an iPad mini which would cost four times as much!
