Water leaks out of the vent a lot. Is this an issue on both our bottles or common to all bottles?** A: If the mouthpiece (straw) is down it shouldn't leak. But it's normal if the mouthpiece bit is up as the bottle needs a small hole to allow air in when drinking otherwise you would have a vacuum and not be able to drink. It is solvable with a silicon cover like you get on adult bottles but unfortunately these don't have that. **Q: How can I remove the silicone spout (straw lid) in order to clean it? I used to change the bottle every two months because the outside layer with the design was very scratched and washed out after washing it every day. We are using this bottle all day long every day and I am washing it every day and there is no sign of damage.I've bought it in August 2022 and it is still looking brand new.
