The records have been tested on other players and play fine, so I have to assume it's the player, after contacting Fenton they said it has no counter weight on the arm and to contact the seller. On doing this I have found them unhelpful saying that I can return it for testing and repair but if it's not a manufacturing fault I will have to pay.
