I use this one for when i go on a jog or other cardio/circuit training. this is not one continuous piece that you pull over your head. it has a belt loop and it has velcro on the end so you have the ability to tightento your level. this is useful for heavy movement.The one thing i would change is that the slot for the pump is also continuous. So it can slide around your waste.
