Review: Packaging Issue - I haven’t had this long enough to test the UV effectiveness but having used and applied it twice now, the quality itself does feel good. My main issue is that a sticker is used to keep the roll together which is difficult to remove and ends up damaging the first part of the roll, meaning wastage straight off the bat. You can also see the indent of where it was and it’s impossible to hide. It’s so frustrating when manufacturers do this, it’s the same with wrapping paper too. It’s also a very short roll for the money and imo is very expensive. Review: Product good - Easy to use, does what it says on the tin, works well with my vinyl cutter, just have to experiment with the settings, makes good laminated stickers. Expensive due to the postage , as its dispatched from the USA, which there is no mention of this in the listing, as there is a UK address, very misleading, but saying that , once it was dispatched, it took about 10 days to arrive. I'm going to search for a UK supplier in future Edit: Just noticed that the item I purchased, was from another seller ( GEAC LTD), who it seems no longer has this item listed, sorry to the above seller if this reflects on them ## Features - Add a high gloss finish with excellent transparency to any document, artwork, photo or graphic. - 3-mil thick film is waterproof, scratchproof and UV resistant for 5+ years. - Self-adhesive film requires no heat or special equipment for easy DIY installations. - Perfectly suited for use in any die-cutter or vinyl plotting machine. Can also easily be cut by hand. - Extends the life of posters, stickers, ID cards, photos, books, board games and more. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07FDL8R1R | | Adhesive Format | Film Tape | | Adhesive Location | Single Sided | | Adhesive Material | Vinyl | | Adhesive Side Count | 1 | | Best Sellers Rank | 541,365 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 824 in Adhesive Sheets | | Brand | VViViD | | Colour | clear | | Compatible Material | Vinyl | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 3,793 Reviews | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 5 Years | | Foil Thickness | 3 Mils | | Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness | 30.5L x 30.5W centimetres | | Item Resistance | UV Resistant, Water Resistant | | Item Thickness | 3 Mils | | Manufacturer | VViViD | | Manufacturer Part Number | vvclrlamination_ | | Material | Polyvinyl Chloride | | Model Number | vvclrlamination_ | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of items | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Self Adhering, Waterproof | | Package Size Name | 12" x 6ft | | Recommended Uses For Product | ['Indoor', 'Arts and Craft'] | | Recommended uses for product | ['Indoor', 'Arts and Craft'] | | Size Name | 12" x 6ft | | Special feature | Self Adhering, Waterproof | | Surface Recommendation | Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Wood | | UPC | 628856183243 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Water Resistance Level | Waterproof | ## Product Details - **Brand:** VViViD - **Colour:** clear - **Material:** Polyvinyl Chloride - **Number of items:** 1 - **Recommended uses for product:** ['Indoor', 'Arts and Craft'] ## Images ![Clear Lamination Adhesive Vinyl Roll for Die-Cutters and Cutting - Vinyl 12" x 6ft - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ONzCfABjL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Do I need heat to apply this lamination?** A: No need to pre-heat or post-heat the lamination at any part of the application process. Expensive due to the postage , as its dispatched from the USA, which there is no mention of this in the listing, as there is a UK address, very misleading, but saying that , once it was dispatched, it took about 10 days to arrive. It’s easy to apply, sticks well, and gives my laptop a nice, clean finish. I love that it’s transparent and doesn’t change the look of what’s underneath. It also adds an extra layer of protection without making things too bulky. Great quality for the price, and I would definitely buy it again! ## Frequently Bought Together - VViViD Clear Self-Adhesive Lamination Vinyl Roll for Die-Cutters and Vinyl Plotters (12" x 6ft) - JOYEZA Premium Printable Vinyl Sticker Paper for Inkjet Printer - 25 Sheets Matte White Waterproof, Dries Quickly Vivid Colors, Holds Ink well- Tear Resistant - Inkjet & Laser Printer - 36 Sheets Holographic Sticker Paper Holographic Clear Vinyl Self Adhesive Waterproof Transparent Laminating Sheets Rainbow Overlay with A4 (11.7 x 8.3 Inch) 6 Styles Mixed --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/449064079-clear-lamination-adhesive-vinyl-roll-for-die-cutters-and-cutting](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/449064079-clear-lamination-adhesive-vinyl-roll-for-die-cutters-and-cutting) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
