A: I have 2 that do not leak even when I leave them tilted forward on top of a trailer so I can use them like faucets. Is it possible you just have a bad gasket in your cap?

A: I rinsed mine out thoroughly with bleach water. Then I rinsed out the bleach water with plain water. No smell remains.

**Q: Is there a spigot for this?  Full, this weighs half as much as my gf.**
A: No spigot.. at 2.5 gal weight is about 21 pounds
