The box is different than what Whole Foods sells.  The front of the box is different as well.

**Q: Why isn’t there an image of the nutritional label provided?  How much sugar is in this?  What ingredient makes the Latte version froth better?**
A: Hope this helps. Not sure what makes the froth. Maybe gellman gum? Or the phosphate? But my husband and I think it tastes good.

**Q: Does this contain gellan, xanthan or guar gum?**
A: As of Oct 2020, YES this product contains Gellan Gum. It’s the last listed ingredient on the box.

BEST BEST BEST. Love the health benefits of macadamia milk compared to oat and almond milks. (Low Carb) If you haven't tried it, please give it a go. It leans more of a milk consistency rather than a watery almond milk. Their website really took the time to explain everything so the brand is just as great as their products. Lots of recipes on there too. I didn't notice any negative events for those who monitor their insulin resistance sensitivity. :) My new milk of choice. I hope more coffee shops start using Milkadamia and they can find a place on the shelf in more stores near me.
