Finish, packaging and quality is much better than expected. I purchased this and a Gotoh 201 to upgrade a Squier Affinity precision bass I got used. Slightly large than the bent plate and heavier but not as heavy as the Gotoh (which is twice the price). Was easy to set string height and intonation. Note: bottom of mine had a slight burr around the edge. If you plan to upgrade from thid bridge in the future, be sure to file/sand off any burr on the outside edge as it will leave an imprint on your finish which might be seen if you go back to stock or buy a smaller bridge. The Gotoh was slightly smaller (see pics). Screw holes and screws provided were an exact match to the original and I also checked it on a Mexi Jazz bass wirh same result. Gotoh bridge comes with smaller screws and has smaller screw holes which will need modification for direct fit on Fender/Squier basses (see my review on the Gotoh 201). Review: Very nice. Perfect fit. Nice adjustability. - Nice bridge for a short scale bass guitar ## Features - Replacement bridge for traditional F-style PB or JB bass bridge, please check its size before you buy - 5 mounting screw holes spaced 17.5mm (11/16 inch) apart, totally 70mm (2-3/4 inch). String spacing is 19mm (3/4 inch), totally 57mm (2-1/4 inch) - Heavy duty zinc alloy made plate with steel saddle - Top-Loading, string through-bridge design - Package includes full bridge set and mounting screws and wrench ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B098DJSZ2Z | | Back Material Type | Basswood | | Best Sellers Rank | #36,350 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #29 in Bass Guitar Bridges & Bridge Parts | | Body Material | Metal | | Body Material Type | Metal | | Brand | Musiclily | | Brand Name | Musiclily | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 155 Reviews | | Fretboard Material Type | Maple Wood | | Guitar Bridge System | Fixed | | Guitar Pickup Configuration | S-S | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Included Components | Full bridge set, mounting screws, wrench | | Instrument | Bass Guitar | | Instrument Size | 57mm (2-1/4 inch) | | Item Highlight | 2-1/4 inch String Spacing, | | Manufacturer | Musiclily | | Manufacturer Part Number | MX1894BK | | Model Name | MX1894BK | | Neck Material Type | Maple | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Strings | 4 | | Scale Length | 34.5 inches | | Set Name | Musiclily Pro 57mm (2-1/4 inch) String Spacing Heavy Duty 4-String Bass Bridge Assembly | | String Material Type | Brass | | Top Material Type | Metal | | UPC | 194296012271 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Back Material Type:** Basswood - **Body Material:** Metal - **Brand:** Musiclily - **Color:** Black - **Fretboard Material Type:** Maple Wood - **Guitar Pickup Configuration:** S-S - **Hand Orientation:** Ambidextrous - **Neck Material Type:** Maple - **String Material Type:** Brass - **Top Material Type:** Metal ## Images ![Musiclily Pro BB003 57mm Heavy Duty 4-String Bass Bridge Assembly, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71LZeDHPUBL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good inexpensive bass bridge *by B***R on July 5, 2024* For the price, this is a very good bridge. Well-made and an incredible value. ## Frequently Bought Together - Musiclily Pro 57mm Heavy Duty 4-String Bass Bridge Vintage Brass Saddles for Precision/Jazz Bass, Black - Musiclily Metal Guitar Neck Plate for Fender Stratocaster Telecaster Electric Guitar or Bass,Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/450496142-musiclily-pro-bb003-57mm-heavy-duty-4-string-bass-bridge](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/450496142-musiclily-pro-bb003-57mm-heavy-duty-4-string-bass-bridge) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
