It's stiff
Hopefully this item gets more loose as you use it, but it's pretty stiff out of the box. Otherwise, it's fine so far.

It’s Shorter Than You Might Think: A SPRI 18’ Conditioning Rope Review
I’ve used conditioning ropes at the gym and thought the SPRI 18’ conditioning rope would be good for home. This rope, made in China, is as thick as the rope at the gym, has rubber grip handles, and is probably half as long.An exercise sheet is included to help you use this rope as effectively as you can. There is also an app to consider using. However, the length is so short that I don’t feel resistance. The length of the rope at the gym makes these exercises more challenging as a person attempts to get movement through the entire length.I don’t think this rope is an effective training tool, as resistance is important. Perhaps it’s meant for a beginner. Just remember the length your buying needs to be doubled
Made the mistake of buying too short of ropes for my gym. 15’ means they aren’t 15’ away from the wall… half that. Me bad. Would have had to spend half the price of the ropes to ship them back. Don’t make the same mistake lolThey seem good quality
