Came with a spare ceramic insert that I was able to use to replace the cracked one on my fiber meter. Great product and great price.

I work for a telecommunications company, so this tool comes in very handy. Easy to use. It has a collar that rotates around the top so that it can protect the power switch from accidentally turning on.. Batteries are easy to change out if they start to corrode. Nice grip. I have used several times, no issues. I have the 30 km (18 mile) version. I recommend this item.
