I brought these glasses to try and help with that and my first impressions are positive. They come in a hard case that holds both pairs (there is even enough space for my two pairs of loop earplugs as seen in picture which is a bonus convenience), soft glasses bags and a lens cleaning cloth. It will take a couple of weeks to tell if they help relieve my sensitivity to light but just wearing them around the house I can already notice how the light feels softer and it is much more pleasant looking at a screen.
